You can forward this info onto your potential customer for Skip.
As Clarice can attest, we have had a Dont Skip Zip baby every year for the past 10 years, even before Clarice owned him. We have b een fortunate enough to have shown two, one was a congress champion non pro and a reserve in the open, the other was top ten. Unfortunately, we have never gotten the opportunity to show another one because we cant own them long enough. We love our Skips, their attitudes are second to none, and we believe in him well enough that we have a Skip daughter as one of our favorite broodmares, she has yet to let us down. This year I can boast that we have 2 of the nicest yearlings by Skip that we have ever raised. Hopefully we can hang on to them long enough to make it to the show pen. It is a tough decision when trying to figure out a mate for your mare, but I prefer to go with what is proving to be a consistent winning sire, as opposed to trying to help promote someones freshman sire.
